Next, I'll be Scrapbooking

Here is another albatross around my neck that I will be glad to get rid of. This is for a "first line of a poem" swap that I joined and MAN am I late. This is the last one to send out...the others were for different poems and this one I kept thinking I needed to add on and add on and add on...so it IS quite overdone. Matboard, acrylics, fabric, neocolor II crayons, packing tape transfer, rubber stamps, UTEE, sawdust, potting soil, rusted bolts, shards of glass, coffee grounds and starburst wrappers. Lalala, you get the drift, it's MULTIMEDIA. Can you guess the poem? It won't take a genius, because I named the file after it.

Hmmm could it by tyger tyger?

I love the illustration. I don't think it's overdone at all. I think it's lovely.

OK, it was driving me CRAZY trying to figure out what movie they used the Blake poem in. I knew it was in the 60s, with a woman with short blonde hair. I finally remembered it was Yvette Mimieux and looked her up on IMDB. It was a freakin' episode of DR. KILDAIRE, in 1964!! I was nine years old!

My memory scares me sometimes, I swear. Thanks for bringing that one back, though. ;)
