Thief in the Night

Last night, my husband heard a thumping around in a trash can in front of our neighbor's house and he found this baby inside when he checked it out. This was after I had gone to bed, so of course, his first instinct was to immediately rescue the poor baby animal, right? Well, immediately after he ran into the house and found the camera!

Thanks for the blinding light, Pal!

You know...we have become such an odd culture now that we have the digital camera. I wouldn't help my dog get his head out of a bag of Cheez-Its the other day until I found the camera. Really when you think about it, that's just wrong...

:P

What a cute raccoon. Too bad he's probably got rabies. Glad he didn't try to bite your hubby.

OMFG...there is nothing wrong with THAT...even if I didn't have a digital camera, I probably would have still rounded up all the people in the house and the neighbors...

I think the real funny part of this story is that my husband heard the thumping and assumed that it was a skunk, so he went and got a MIRROR ON A FRICKING STICK to hold over the can so he could check!
